Max Pajouhesh, PE
Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Pajouhesh has over 40 years of continuous experience in mechanical engineering, specializing in the master planning, assessment, and design of HVAC and plumbing systems for a wide range of buildings, including educational, governmental, commercial, industrial, medical, recreational, and multifamily residential structures.
Max is deeply passionate about engineering, and his involvement spans every aspect of projects—from providing assessment reports and conceptual designs to overseeing the completion of construction. He is responsible for ensuring that projects and systems comply with relevant building, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and other applicable codes. Max serves as the primary point of contact with city and county planning departments, as well as other regulatory agencies, such as DSA and HCAI.
In addition, Max is highly skilled in heating and cooling load analysis, LEED analysis and documentation, life cycle cost analysis, feasibility studies, equipment selection, specifications, value engineering, construction administration, and project management.

Ray Andrade
Senior Plumbing Designer
Over the past 17 years working with PMPE Consultants, Mr. Andrade has gained extensive experience in plumbing system assessment and design, with a focus on plumbing design and construction management. His expertise includes evaluating existing plumbing systems, design, and construction administration.
Ray excels in delivering high-quality services by conducting field verifications, gathering necessary information, and providing coordinated designs that comply with applicable codes. He is skilled in design team coordination and in-house production management.
Mr. Andrade specializes in plumbing system construction administration, which includes reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and creating record drawings. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and Microsoft Office.

Monty Myers
Senior Mechanical Designer / BIM Manager
Mr. Myers has over 20 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing systems assessment, design, and construction management, including 10 years with PMPE. His greatest strength lies in his ability to provide well-coordinated HVAC systems design construction documents, conduct comprehensive HVAC system field surveys, prepare as-built drawings, identify non-code-compliant systems, and perform energy and life cycle cost analyses to determine the most cost-effective and maintenance-friendly HVAC systems.
He possesses exceptional knowledge and a strong drive for HVAC system design, equipment selection, air distribution, and hydronic systems layout, all coordinated with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders. Monty excels in performing Title 24 analysis and documentation, heating and cooling load calculations, systems energy consumption analysis, CAD coordination, code compliance reviews, and site investigations for remodel projects, ensuring accuracy in design and construction administration.
Additionally, Monty is a master of Revit/Building Information Modeling (BIM) and plays a key role in PMPE's successful implementation and methods for BIM.

Mark Pfankuch
Mechanical Designer
Mr. Pfankuch has been with PMPE for over five years, initially joining the team as an intern while completing his mechanical engineering degree and becoming a full-time employee in 2022. During his tenure at PMPE, he has developed the expertise and knowledge necessary to deliver top-tier design and construction management services, as well as become a specialist in AutoCAD, and Revit / Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Title 24 Energy Analysis.
One of Mark’s key strengths is his ability to perform Quality Control services. Through his involvement in numerous PMPE projects, he has sharpened his skills to ensure that every project meets and exceeds industry standards. In addition to project design, management, and quality control, Mark is highly skilled in energy and life cycle cost analysis, evaluating existing systems, and coordinating effectively with other disciplines involved in a project. Leveraging the skills and expertise he has gained; Mr. Pfankuch consistently provides exceptional design and construction administration from start to finish.
